If You're Going to the Cité - Try Free Association..

A collection of shots from Paris taken on June 26 2017, assembled as they were taken, by free association. Beginning with two young women sitting on a ledge overlooking that long queue to see Notre-Dame. The photo essay ending with two young women straddling the railing of Pont Alexandre III. (I photographed a similar setting in Lyon). Seems to be a bit of a theme. And plenty of street style along the way, maybe a couple of Aussies, can you spot the RM Williams boots!  Enjoy; more Paris and France yet to come. Harbour Life Music Festival Sydney 2016.

I want to thank Windsor Smith for the invite to celebrate their 70th anniversary at #HarbourLife for which they were a major sponsor. You can read all about that epic sojourn in the VIP Marquee behind the stage if you missed it HERE. BUT because I was at this amazing venue for this amazing event and an event within an event; I could not resist documenting both, day into night to the best of my abilities. I had never been to a day club/Festival/Rave(?) before although back in the day I certainly liked to hit the dance floor at the small clubs in Brisbane & later Sydney & even Barcelona. So although I didn't actually do anything other than take pictures (once back out in the main music areas); I really enjoyed the atmosphere and the people and everyone seemed great and really laid back. If you see a friend, please share the blog & let them know. I have also decided to post the pictures to a folder on the Street Fashion Sydney - Facebook page, link at the bottom - please share from here first, and you might like to Follow on Facebook when you get there. Thanks to everyone what a great music event, what a location! Even if I do feel conflicted about public park being used so-often as a venue.. We will talk about that another time.. Cheers to you!
